Cons Of The Weight Watchers Plan Include:

  • It's difficult to continue counting Weight Watchers points for the rest of your life

  • Do not provide structured meal plans

  • Too flexible eating plan may cause some participants to reserve their Points for junk food

  • Attendance at weekly meetings can be time consuming

  •  If you do not like a group atmosphere, you probably won't enjoy the meetings
